Fairly clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be just next door to another restaurant as well as a large park / golf course near the airport in the north of Hamburg thanks to exceptionally nice location. The breakfast with healthy products and lovely views and overall sympathetic atmosphere was superb and the people were fabulously helpful and extremely helpful there. I've had a peaceful stay during our visit.

During my recent stay at Steigenberger Hotel, I was impressed by the spacious and well-equipped conference rooms. The hotel catered for all the food and drinks, ensuring a delicious and varied dining experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's own golf course offered a unique and enjoyable activity for guests to enjoy. I had a very good experience at Steigenberger Hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff were outstanding. We cut short our stay at the coast to return to this hotel, primarily due to the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. This hotel is a real cut above the rest.I've stayed in hotels on 5 continents. This is the best.

The staff stood out - tremendous. I have never encountered better. From reception through accommodation and breakfast service, the employees at this hotel make all the difference. Having stayed at the hotel for 1 night, we were due to move on up the coast. We cut short our hiatus at the coast in order to return to the Steigenberger Treudelberg for another night, due primarily to the warmth and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.

the swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was savoury and tasty. the room was good-sized with with coffee, shampoo, a view of the garden, had good night sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a beautiful park, which creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a nice bathroom. The lobby bar was a great place to relax, offering complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of excellent quality options. The hotel also provided great amenities for our furry friend, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The best about the hotel was the girls in the reception, and the waiters they were so nice, polite and very helpful. It is also a good hotel if you want some peace, a very quiet place

It is located in the suburb of Poppenbüttel, which offers a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at this hotel are highly attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and kept very clean, with fully opening windows that allow for fresh air to circulate. The breakfast offered at this hotel is impressive, with a variety of healthy products and a delightful view to the golf course.

We asked for standard queen room and it was updated with fully opening windows. The staff was helpful and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. great for a relaxing weekend break. The hotel is 16km away from Hamburg centrum, if you want avoid the hassle of finding a parking place in the city centrum, there is S-Bahn going directly to the city, but it takes 35mins. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the S-Bahn station. You can also drive your car (5mins) to the Park and Ride next to the S-Bahn station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a beautiful location next to a golf course. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were kept very clean. I loved the fully opening windows, allowing for fresh air and a lovely view to the golf course. The breakfast included healthy products which was a great way to start the day.

No major issues, everything was fantastic.
